My name is Bella, I’m 19 years old, and I come from the Czech Republic—a place that feels like a living storybook to me. I currently study Art History at Charles University in Prague, and sometimes it still amazes me that I get to walk through streets filled with centuries of history on my way to class. Every building, every quiet corner seems to hold a story, and I love being surrounded by that atmosphere every day.
Even though I’m naturally quiet and thoughtful, I have a strong desire to explore. On weekends, I like to travel to small towns or wander into nature—forests, rivers, old castles. I take photos, not because I’m trying to be perfect at it, but because I want to capture a feeling, a moment that might disappear.
I do have doubts sometimes—I think everyone does—but I also believe in growing, in learning, in slowly becoming the person I’m meant to be. I feel like I’m just at the beginning of my journey, and even though I don’t have everything figured out, I find something beautiful in that uncertainty.
I have long chestnut-brown hair and hazel eyes that people often say look different depending on the light. I suppose I’ve always been drawn to things that change, things that aren’t fixed or obvious. Maybe that’s why art fascinates me so much. I enjoy expressing myself through my appearance too—soft vintage dresses, oversized sweaters, and simple silver jewelry that feels timeless rather than trendy.
Most days, you’ll find me in a museum or a quiet library corner, completely absorbed in paintings or old texts. I can spend hours studying the smallest details—brushstrokes, colors, hidden meanings. My favorite artist is Gustav Klimt; his work feels emotional and almost dreamlike to me, like there’s always something deeper beneath the surface. When I’m not studying, I carry a sketchbook with me and draw whatever catches my attention—faces, buildings, little fragments of moments I don’t want to forget.
Music is a big part of my life too. I often listen to classical pieces or indie folk songs while walking along the Vltava River, especially in the evening when the light is soft and everything feels calm. Those are the moments when I think the most—about my future, about who I am, about what I want to create.
People often tell me I’m a good listener. I think it’s because I genuinely care about understanding others. I prefer deep, meaningful conversations over small talk, and I feel most comfortable in quiet cafés with close friends rather than at loud parties.
